For over 30 years, Josh worked as a self employed engineer and electrician, and Catherine dedicated 15 years to teaching. Together, for the last 3 years we ran the electrical contracting company, but we always knew we wanted to build something more—something creative, something personal, something that truly reflected who we are.

That’s how Silver Birch Engraving Co. was born.

With Josh’s technical expertise in machinery and design and Catherine’s love for crafting and creativity, engraving became the perfect blend of our skills. Our love for nature, family, and meaningful connections guided us in shaping a business that felt like home.

We've been married for over 20 years, raising three wonderful kids and a dog, and through it all, our faith has been at the heart of our journey. We believe in serving others, and this shop is one way we can bring joy and giving into the world.
